Ascend is the largest, non-profit Pan-Asian organization for business professionals in North America. Ascend reaches 60,000 people with 45+ student chapters and 20 professional chapters located in both the United States and Canada around major business hubs and educational institutions. Ascend Indiana University Bloomington Chapter (AIUB) was established in 2010 and has grown to serve students and professionals in various professions across the globe. We offer robust professional development and career enhancement programs designed to cultivate Pan-Asian talents.

 

  The AIUB student chapter has over 200 members and is consistently growing each year. Board members hail from multiple countries and work together to develop meaningful events that aim to unlock the leadership potential within the members who participate in our programs. The programs we develop range from professional development, technical workshops, conferences, social mixers, and community service to establish a strong foundation for the individuals who join our chapter.

  Currently, our chapter consists of 66.67% female, 33.33% male, and 100% Asian with the most common majors, Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems. From the undergraduate to the executive level, our members continue to connect people, inspire people around them, and ascend to new heights.
