The exclusive Mentor & Mentee Program aims to strengthening mentee’s professional abilities in many aspects, including but not limited to, resume building, career fair tips, interview preparation, and internship suggestions. We initiate exciting new projects every semester to facilitate and encourage the Ascend spirit and culture. We collect and analyze event feedback to further improve the quality and planning of Ascend activities and policies. We want to help both the people and the organization improve in every possible way. We are the in-house consulting committee for Ascend.
